What does 750 calories look like?

Here are two examples of 750 calorie meals.
The idealW84u Program:
| Days 1 & 2 | Go ahead and enjoy yourself. Eat plenty of hight fat, sweets and high calorie foods both days. Make sure to take IdealW84U sublingual drops. |

Maintainence Phase 3 weeks-essentially the same diet. Can add eggs, cheese, but avoid sugars and starches. 3 weeks-eat anything, but most keep within 2 lbs |

Low Calorie Diet Breakdown (Examples):
| One Serving of Fruit (2 x’s a day ) Apple, 6-9 strawberries, an orange, OR 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 peach 2 plums, 1/2 cup cherries |
| 100 grams of lean meat (2 x’s a day) (3.5 oz if weighed raw, 3.0 oz if cooked) veal, lean beef, chicken breast, lean turkey, white fish (tilapia, cod, halibut, flounder, sole, wile Chilean sea bass), lobser, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking. 3 egg whites & 1 egg with yolk can be substituted for a protein once or twice a week. |
| Vegetables (2 x’s a day) Spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, green beans, chard, chicory, bett-greens, lettuce (any type), tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, 1/2 cup red radishes, 1/2 cup zucchini, one tomato, cucumbers, asparagus and cabbage. |
| Drinks Water (1/2 to 1 gallon per day), Tea (any kind) or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only 1 Tablespoon of milk allowed in a 24 hour period. Stevia is the only sweetner to use. Green tea is good. |

| Seasonings, etc. The juiceof one lemon is allowed for all purposes. Sea Salt (include it in your diet everyday), pepper, vinegar, mustard, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, chives, cilantro may be used for seasoning. NO oil, butter, sugar, or dressing.
